Entry Forms and Fees:

Please download our Word Doc Registration for all you need to know about registration deadlines, fee schedules, and to fill in your form. Registration will be limited to the first 300 runners, so don’t delay in sending in your form!

GVUM has just been notified by the State Parks Dept. that they are requiring their own release form this year. Mail the completed form below to Green River State Parks, POB 637, Green River, UT 84525 or scan after completing and email to eugeneswalberg@utah.gov.
